Perrysburg’s wonderful downtown is a combination of local shops, restaurants, and offices. The neighborhoods surrounding downtown are filled with historic homes that are quick to sell on the market. Homes built before 1918 sold 28% faster than newer Perrysburg listings last year, as many residents adore the charming, walkable location.
Another rich piece of Perrysburg’s history is Fort Meigs, a War of 1812 battle site. The park includes a full-size 10 acre replica of the fort, a museum and education center, and frequent reenactments.
