Hollywood Casino in Rossford became a major attraction for the city after opening in 2012. Another highly anticipated bonus is the Amazon fulfillment center, which is expected to be completed by August 2020. The fulfillment center will bring more than 1,000 jobs to the area and generate nearly $600,000 per year for Rossford schools.
Rossford School District currently ranks in the top 60% out of all of Ohio’s school districts. In addition to its public schools, the area has Penta Career Center, a public vocational high school and adult education center. Penta offers a wide range of programs and serves 16 nearby school districts.
